I. Love. Paper. I have a long history of picking up any random thing I come across that might serve a creative purpose (including many abandoned books), which has led to a lot of mixed media painting! I adore a good collage, and I love to illustrate words, from one-word ideas, to literature, to quotes ~ chewing on the words until visual inspiration finds me. Sometimes my work carries deeper meanings and sometimes it is just creative play, but my goal is always internal movement - to stir up thoughts, feelings, ideas - and a beautiful, edifying experience for the viewer.
